I've learned... 나는 배웠다. that one sincere apology is worth more than all the roses money can buy. 한 번의 진실한 사과가 돈으로 살 수 있는 그 어떤 장미보다 값지다는 것을 I've learned... 나는 배웠다. that being kind is more important than being right.  옳은 것보다 친절한 것이 더 중요하다는 것을 I've learned... 나는 배웠다. that it's not what you have in your life, but who you have in your life that counts.  삶에서 중요한 것은 무엇을 소유하고 있는가가 아닌, 누가 곁에 있는가라는 것을. Chan's Advice! 진심 어린 사과의 가치를 새삼 생각해보게 하는 글입니다. 많은 사람이 마지못해 사과합니다. 어떤 사람들은 사과(apology)에 변명(excuse)을 곁들여 사과의 효과를 반감시킵니다. 제 경험으로 보면 진심으로 사과하는 능력이 부족한 사람은 리더가 될 수 없습니다. 사과하는 능력이 부족한 사람은 아랫사람들로부터 두터운 신뢰를 얻지 못하기 때문입니다. "An apology is the superglue of life. It can repair just about anything."
