Chan's Advice! 얼마 전 어떤 한 해외 학회에서 work-life balance에 관한 발표를 들었습니다. 아래와 같이 3가지 영역으로 나누어 매주 계획을 세워 실천하라는 것이었습니다. • 건강을 위해 투자하는 시간(health hours) • 직업과 관련해서 자기 개발에 투자하는 시간(career hours) • 친구나 가족 등과 함께 하는 시간(relationship hours) 괜찮은 생각이라고 생각했습니다. 사람마다, 또 나이에 따라 work-life balance의 내용은 다를 것입니다. 매달 마지막 날에는 자신의 work-life balance 계획을 얼마나 잘 실천했는지 확인까지 한다면 금상첨화일 것 같습니다.
